stirUp

Terms of Service

Last updated August 22, 2026

These terms cover your use of stirUp, a group workout accountability app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use stirUp. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at markquiambao@gmail.com if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 13 years old.

You are responsible for what you post — notes, photos, and the accuracy of the workouts you log.

Groups

Anyone with a group's join code can join it, so share codes only with people you want in your group. Whoever creates a group sets its weekly target and minimum workout length; those settings apply to everyone in it.

What you log is visible to your group. Do not log anything you would not want those people to see.

Acceptable use

Do not:

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things.

This is not health advice

stirUp tracks that you exercised. It does not tell you whether you should, and nothing in it is medical or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise routine. You exercise at your own risk, and a leaderboard is not a reason to train through injury.

Availability

stirUp is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, and we may change or discontinue it. We keep backups but you should not treat this as the permanent record of your training.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, stirUp and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury sustained while exercising or loss of data.

Ending it

You can stop using stirUp whenever you like and request deletion of your account by emailing markquiambao@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be surfaced in the app.
